Senior Product Manager Global Payroll SaaS (Remote)

Mercans is seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead the strategy, roadmap, development, and delivery of key modules within its global payroll SaaS platform. The role drives innovation, compliance, scalability, and customer value while collaborating with Product, Engineering, Compliance, Operations, Customer Success, and Commercial teams.

  • Own product vision, roadmap, prioritization, and execution for assigned product domains.

  • Translate business, customer, and compliance requirements into epics, features, and user stories.

  • Lead product delivery from discovery through release and continuous improvement.

  • Drive innovation through market research, customer feedback, and competitive analysis.
