Senior Product Manager, CRM

Affinity is a relationship intelligence platform that helps dealmakers find, manage, and close more deals by leveraging the power of their network. As a Senior Product Manager, you will define the product roadmap for our CRM product, collaborate with cross‑functional teams, conduct user research, lead design and engineering sprints, analyze analytics, and ship key features.

Responsibilities

• Foster a deep understanding of our core markets and customer needs through research, data analysis, and engagement with sales, marketing, customer success and direct customer interactions.
• Lead deep dives into user needs and product analytics to collaborate on and define Affinity's CRM product roadmap.
• Develop product strategy for your ownership area, including business cases, high‑level use cases, technical requirements, and potential revenue and ROI.
