Senior Product Manager – Finding Care

Client is seeking a
Senior Product Manager to own the Finding Care and Booking experience
. This pod is the engine of our growth funnel, responsible for the critical journey from a user's initial search to their first confirmed appointment. You will own the evolution of our provider search, clinician profiles, pre-search questionnaires, and the end-to-end booking flow.

This role is mostly focused on patient-facing growth UX, driving mid-funnel conversion through rigorous A/B testing and friction reduction. The remaining focus involves overseeing Internal Booking Tooling for our booking call center
(Center of Excellence / COE
) team, ensuring our support staff has the sophisticated tools needed to assist patients in finding the right care.
