Senior Product Manager

Job Purpose:

The
Senior Product Manager
supports the development, deployment, and ongoing optimization of new and existing product capabilities within the Healthcare Eligibility and Outreach Services division. This role partners closely with Product Leadership, Engineering, Operations, and Client Services to translate business and development objectives into high-value, data-driven product outcomes. The Senior Product Manager is responsible for analyzing product performance, defining integration and data strategies, identifying cross-product synergies, and providing actionable insights that guide prioritization and execution. By connecting complex requirements, workflows, and data across systems, this role helps ensure a cohesive product experience that aligns with the enterprise vision of delivering better results through intelligent technology.
