Job Description

                    Responsibilities Own the end-to-end payments delivery roadmap, including financial reporting, payout operations, refunds, disputes, and tax compliance. 
Drive the rollout of the Stripe Connect / PFaaS model, managing onboarding flows and NetSuite reconciliation. 
Partner with Engineering to handle technical scoping and integration with banking partners and payment processors. 
Collaborate closely with Finance and Accounting stakeholders to translate operational needs into technical product requirements. 
Utilize AI tools to accelerate spec writing, data analysis, prototyping, and the synthesis of customer feedback. 
Manage a complex backlog across multiple workstreams, ensuring accuracy and traceability of payment data. 
Requirements 5-8+ years of experience in product management or a related discipline (accounting, compliance, or finance operations).
