Senior Product Manager- Retention

We are looking for a Senior Product Manager /Retention & LTV to build the engagement layer of Apollo’s Preventive Health engine.

The role will own product experiences that drive repeat engagement, adherence, Explain → Manage conversion, habit formation, and customer lifetime value.

This person will work closely with Care Continuum, Clinical, Growth, AI, and Platform teams to turn a one-time health check into a long-term health relationship.

Ideal candidates will have 6–12 years of product management experience in consumer internet, health-tech, fintech, or marketplaces, with a strong track record in retention, engagement, subscriptions, loyalty, or habit-forming products.

We are looking for someone who understands cohorts, funnels, experimentation, behavioral design, and LTV, a product leader who can build systems that drive long-term user engagement and outcomes
