Senior Product Manager - RWA Tokenization Platform

We’re looking for a hands‑on, customer‑obsessed Senior Product Manager to own the strategy and execution of our RWA tokenization platform. This high‑impact individual contributor role is at a high‑growth venture building the infrastructure that enables real‑world assets—private credit, real estate, commodities, and funds—to be issued, managed, and traded on blockchain rails.

• Own the roadmap for core platform modules—tokenized asset issuance, investor onboarding, trading, custody, and compliance—making prioritisation decisions that balance client needs, regulatory requirements, and technical constraints.
• Identify pain points across issuers, investors, regulators, brokers, and asset managers.
• Define workflows for the full tokenization lifecycle: issuance, compliance, distribution, trading, settlement, and reporting.
