Senior Product Manager

About the Role

Senior Product Manager will own the roadmap for evolving our products to serve customers in both our Architecture, Engineering & Construction (AEC) and Insurance, Restoration, Claims (IRC) industries. These are key areas where iGUIDE is growing fast but there is still significant work to shape what our product becomes. Your product area will work in concert with our capture hardware so you’ll partner closely with our capture team without owning the hardware roadmap yourself.

Location and Schedule

This position is based in our Kitchener‑Waterloo office on a hybrid schedule (3 days in office, 2 days remote).

In This Role, You Will

• Build an understanding of how AEC and IRC customers work and what they need from iGUIDE.
• Run ongoing customer discovery to identify the right problems, validate assumptions and learn what’s working after things ship.
