As a strategic product leader, you'll drive technological advancements that optimize efficiency and safety across our complex transportation network.

The person in this role will own the product definition and operational mechanisms for TOM's planning and operations portfolio. This includes identifying automation opportunities within yard management workflows, crafting product requirements for new capabilities, defining stakeholders and their roles and responsibilities, and building mechanisms for intake, prioritization, and tracking of product requests. You will establish data visualization and reporting that drives operational decision-making across planning horizons.
