Senior Product Manager (Toronto)

Benevity is seeking a Senior Product Manager to help advance our mission of creating a positive impact globally. As a Product Manager at Benevity, you will manage products within our reporting and analytics portfolio, collaborating closely with design and engineering teams in an outcome-driven environment.

What You’ll Do

• Instrument and operationalize the end-to-end donation funnel, from intent to confirmation, across web and embedded surfaces.
• Establish performance baselines and lead structured experimentation to improve completion rates, reduce friction, and increase recurring participation.
• Lead the evolution of Donate beyond the web into Microsoft Teams, Slack, SMS, API-powered integrations, and emerging AI-driven commerce contexts.
