Drive Migration Success – Lead the migration of existing TV customers to TELUS's newest TV platform with minimal disruption and maximum customer satisfaction

Own Problem-to-Solution – Identify system gaps, define business requirements, and design scalable solutions end-to‑end

Orchestrate Workstreams – Oversee multiple migration workstreams and align cross‑functional teams on consolidated action plans
