Salary: $1,800 - $2,300 USD (Monthly) + Paid time off + bonus

As we continue to grow, we are building a flagship hybrid program and are seeking a Senior Operations & Product Manager to own execution, systems, and day-to-day operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Hybrid Program & Product Operations (50%)
• Own the build, launch, and ongoing operation of the flagship hybrid program (group calls + structured content + limited 1:1).
• Define program structure, pricing, cadence, and delivery format.
• Map and manage the full client lifecycle: lead → enrollment → onboarding → delivery → completion.
