Senior Product Operations Analyst

Product Operations Analyst Sr This role supports the implementation of new funds and solutions, fund changes and enhancements, and fund mergers and terminations. The analyst works closely with stakeholders in Canada, the U.S. and global sites, including legal, finance, operations, fund accounting, and portfolio management. It follows a flexible hybrid schedule, first at 483 Bay Street in Toronto until late 2026, then at 3 Robert Speck Parkway in Mississauga.

Responsibilities

Prepare fund launch and event change documentation, coordinating with the project team and stakeholders.

Collect and maintain product brief data and reference guides for business partners.

Coordinate working committees, agenda, feedback, and problem resolution for product‑related issues.

Assist with issue resolution for ongoing product launches and restructured products.
