Job Purpose

• Responsible for working with the Head of Islamic Banking to grow the Islamic Banking business and product suite at Mashreq Bank Pakistan, ensuring fully digital enabled journeys are offered to Islamic customers across all the Digital Business verticals (NEO & NEOBIZ) and business lines – Deposits and Assets.
• The jobholder is entrusted with launching and managing the Islamic Proposition and Products and ensuring that the Islamic offering is competitive and in line with client needs.
• Interact with Shariah Compliance, Legal / Compliance teams to ensure all requisite approvals are in place for launch.
• Responsible for end‑to‑end Modaraba Pool Management – pool creation, system setups, weightages and profit rate declaration, ensuring pool management aligns with regulatory guidelines and managing internal and external audits and reviews on profit payouts.
