Senior Product Owner

Reporting to the Head of Projects, the Product Owner will research and determine the business needs to create the end-to-end customer journey for CRM & Telephony systems. They will be the primary contact between business stakeholders and development teams and will drive forward the development of the customer journey product using agile methodologies.

They will gather and document requirements to present the vision and roadmap to deliver the objectives as well as acting as the voice of the customer throughout the SDLC process. Through working with cross-functional teams, they will determine the path of which features to include and will pitch ideas for product features to stakeholders.
