Senior Product Owner

Job Description

The Senior Product Owner is responsible for defining and prioritising features, creating a clear vision for the product, and communicating that vision to the development team. This role collaborates with stakeholders to gather requirements, make decisions on product functionality, and ensure that the development aligns with business goals. You will play a crucial role in managing the product backlog, guiding iterative development, and adapting to changing requirements to deliver a successful and valuable software product. The Senior Product Owner is also expected to contribute to capability uplift and process improvements across the product discipline, including training, facilitation and mentoring of less experienced colleagues.
