RAN Software & Compute Platforms Engineering (RCE) is a unit focused on next‑gen development for open and cloud‑native RAN software. The Senior Product Support Professional will provide superior RAN technical support expertise for customer solutions, engaging with designers, testers, integrators, solution architects and field troubleshooters to drive fault isolation and technical task forces.
