Work Schedule: 5 day work week (onsite)
As a Senior Production Engineer, you will be responsible for monitoring the production operations of Plastic Injection process.
Other responsibilities include:
Identify mold issues and recommend improvements in mold design
Optimize injection parameters to improve productivity, efficiency, and product quality
Troubleshoot injection molding issues and develop preventive solutions
Monitor the productivity and efficiency of machines and operators
Train, mentor, and support Production Engineers
To succeed and grow in this role, you will be required to meet the following qualifications:
Graduate of Engineering, preferably Mechanical Engineering.
At least 5 years of experience in Injection Molding Production processes.
