Senior Production Estimator

Role Overview

We are recruiting a Residential Production Estimator to support an established Australian home builder delivering primarily project homes, with exposure to multi-residential and custom builds.

This is a production-focused role requiring full take-offs and BOQ preparation to support procurement and purchase ordering. The successful candidate must have strong residential production estimating experience — this is not a sales estimating role.

The position requires strong technical accuracy, structured workflow management, and clear communication with internal construction and procurement teams.
