Overview

Senior Production Executive (Bakery) at QL Kitchen Sdn Bhd. Location: Jalan Ragum, Seksyen 15/17. The role is to manage manpower-related issues, plan production schedules, control production progress, and establish production processes and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure efficient and high-quality bakery operations.

Responsibilities

• Manpower Management
  • Supervise and manage production staff, including bakers, assistants, and support staff. Address and resolve manpower-related issues, including shift scheduling, performance management, and training needs.
