                    JOB DESCRIPTION Senior Production Manager

Full Time
St. Margaret’s, Co.Dublin, K67 P7E5

Reporting to the Director of Operations, the Head of Production holds full site-level P&L and operational accountability, leading warehouse and planning functions while managing a 3PL partnership and a blended direct/agency workforce. The role balances rigorous day-to-day operational execution with long-term strategic leadership, including potential site expansion.

Your primary focus is to ensure the site runs efficiently, safely, and within budget while handling the complexities of a fast paced environment. You will be responsible for both daily performance (KPIs) and the long-term strategic development of the facility, including potential future expansions.

What you’ll do:
Own end-to-end site performance across warehouse and planning with full accountability for the 3PL relationship and agency workforce governance.
