Our client is seeking a Senior Production Manager (Food Manufacturing) to join their team!

What you'll be doing?
Oversee end-to-end daily production operations — Manage the full production cycle for short-shelf-life ready-to-eat meals, implementing real-time hourly monitoring of output against targets to ensure 100% fulfilment of retail and distribution deadlines.
Maintain rigorous High-Care zone management — Strictly monitor and enforce High-Care and Low-Care zone segregation through regular floor checks, ensuring zero cross-contamination in line with the non-negotiable standards of RTE food safety.
