We’re launching a brand-new Serial Production facility for advanced metal components and we’re looking for a Production Process Engineer to help build it from the ground up.

In the first phase, you’ll act as a project lead, coordinating infrastructure, equipment, systems, and process readiness. You’ll work across engineering, quality, and operations to ensure a smooth transition from development into stable, scalable production.

Once live, you’ll own the production processes . That means driving robustness, leading root cause investigations, managing PFMEAs, defining KPIs, and ensuring processes are validated, controlled, and continuously improving. You’ll be the technical authority for production performance focused on quality, yield, downtime, throughput, and cost.
