Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced and highly organised Senior Production, Sales & Operations Manager to oversee garment production, costing control, supplier management, seasonal development and key account coordination.

Key Responsibilities Production & CMT Management

· Track daily production (CMT & in-house)

· Follow up on CMT deliveries

· Coordinate with cutting room and production teams

· Manage back orders monthly

· Assist with lay plans and marker requests

Costing & Margin Control

· Complete pre-costings and final costings

· Cost all new development items

· Review departmental costing accuracy

· Protect and monitor gross margins
