Senior Professional Services Consultant

Wolters Kluwer Tax & Accounting Scandinavia is looking for a Senior Professional Services Consultant who will help customers maximize the value of their investment in the Wolters Kluwer suite. In this role, you will use your industry experience to challenge and shape customers’ business practices, delivering added value and a high standard of customer service.

This role is particularly exciting because you will work with a variety of clients and projects - no two days are the same. You will deliver engaging training sessions, both remotely and on-site, and support customers during system implementation, ensuring a smooth onboarding experience and a strong start.

You will build strong relationships with clients and collaborate across teams including marketing, development, sales, and customer service, gaining a broad understanding of the business and how our solutions support clients’ processes.
