Senior Profitability Analyst

As a Senior Profitability Analyst, you’ll turn credit risk signals into clear, data-driven actions—shaping pricing, approval strategies, and portfolio decisions to ensure our consumer credit business grows profitably and sustainably. You’ll sit at the intersection of risk, finance, and analytics, with real ownership over how money comes in versus how money goes out.

Responsibilities

• Profitability & RAROC Optimization
  • Own loan-level and segment-level profitability analysis, incorporating interest income, fees, funding costs, expected losses, and operating expenses
  • Design and maintain RAROC and contribution margin frameworks used to guide:
    • Approval cutoffs
    • Risk-based pricing
    • Credit limit management
  • Identify negative or sub-optimal RAROC segments and recommend corrective actions (pricing adjustments, policy tightening, exposure reduction)
