Senior Program Management Engineer

Program Management Executive wiil be responsible to Implement and lead the Vehicle and Powertrain programs for all the regions through colloboration between cross fucntional stake holders. Responsible develope the workplan in JIRA and consolidate the Program deliverable Metrics, Review the same with the Functional leads and analyse the progression of the program, Prepare for escalation if the progression of a program is not on track. Will lead the Leadership reviews with right level of details in PPT/Score Card/Dashboard.

1. Strategize, implement, and maintain program deliverables to deliver the vehicle and Powertrain programs flawlessly.
2. Responsible to develop the JIRA workplan for all the functions and Programs and Dashboard for Program Governance.
3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, and program leads to develop the scope, deliverables, required resources, work plan, budget, and timing.
