• Location: San José Chiapa

• Ensure delivery of programs in line with agreed targets for quality, cost, and timing, while applying profit assurance methods such as risk management, FMEA, and change management.
• Lead project planning and coordination using standard development processes (Gate process, PAB/PAÜ, project timing, RFP, LOP), proactively identifying deviations and implementing recovery plans when needed.
• Monitor and control project performance by reporting progress through Gate Reviews and regular project status meetings.
