Senior program manager

From program award until handover to production site, the program manager has the overall responsibility of the program in all aspects: Lead program team as functional manager, with an entrepreneurial mindset Meet financial targets (Operating Income, Cash, Internal Rate of Return, Upfront...) Ensure customer satisfaction (timing, quality, costs, product performance...) Plan and execute all activities which contribute to program success Anticipate and drive proper Risk Management Ensure compliance code of ethics and code of management and escalate non-compliance items according to guidelines Protect Faurecia interests and image The ideal candidate will have/be: Master's degree in engineering or in business administration Demonstrate product and process engineer experience Team management experience Senior Program Manager: 6 years-experience as Advanced program manager managing complex projects General skills: Knowledge of quality tools.
