**What You Will Do** *****

+ Central single point of contact for the contract both externally to the customer and internally with aftermarket team (Repair, Technical, Finance, Management).
+ Track overall Customer Support Level (CSL) to the customer for the FlightSense contract, in addition to all Collins commercial repairs.
+ May include connecting with specific sites to ensure recovery plans executed and are realistic in terms of recovery to CSL requirements.
+ Own the overall Estimate At Completion (EAC) financial performance for adherence to original business plan.
+ Review monthly/quarterly cost data, reliability trends, effects of improvement activities and customer fleet/flying projections to update future forecast model predictions in EA...
