Senior Program Manager (Toronto)

Responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end program execution across multiple Agile Release Trains (ARTs), scrum teams, and global and regional cross‑functional teams.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive integrated program plans, schedules, and risk mitigation plans.
• Ensure program scope, objectives, and success metrics are established to continually increase design‑to‑release quality through collaboration with product and technical stakeholders.
• Ensure cross‑functional alignment to the integrated program plan and resolve conflicts across teams and functions.
• Ensure compliance with internal design control, release management, and regulatory processes.
• Drive continuous improvement in program delivery through retrospectives and process optimization. Mentor other program/project managers and/or contribute to the evolution of PMO best practices and frameworks (e.g., SAFe, Scrum).
