Senior Program Manager (Vancouver)

On behalf of our client, TEEMA is recruiting on a contract basis for a Program Manager.

The Program Manager will be responsible for planning, procurement, resourcing, and execution of all work under the digital transformation program across multiple business units. The role requires a balance of strategic oversight and hands‑on execution.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage the program’s project roadmap and financial plan, ensuring a balanced and cost‑effective delivery of program objectives.
• Lead program team resources for prioritization and alignment of Enterprise Architecture and Procurement.
• Plan and deliver a multi‑year procurement plan for all RFx activities to support on‑time project start dates.
