JOB SUMMARY
The Senior Program Officer (SPO) will assist in providing strategic direction to the organization's programs and projects by analyzing trends in funding, sectoral development needs and priorities, and identifying opportunities for interventions. Through a participatory process, he/she will help to lead the formulation of strategies consistent with the institutional strategic direction.
The SPO will assist in managing donors and stakeholders to be able to mobilize resources for the programs. He/she will be responsible for program- and projectlevel monitoring and reporting.
