Senior Program Quality Manager

**MANTECH** seeks a motivated, career and customer-oriented **Senior Program Quality Manager** to join our team in **Oahu, HI** .

**Responsibilities include but are not limited to:**

+ Leads the implementation of the quality management system and coordinates regular process reviews across multi-functional departments.
+ Validate audit findings and authorize corrective action plans to maintain enterprise-wide compliance.
+ Monitor high-value performance indicators and lead internal teams in achieving organizational quality goals.
+ Executes strategic quality oversight for logistics and sustainment deliverables intended for theater mission partners.
+ Validate the accuracy of complex technical reports and lead internal assessments to ensure alignment with the theater campaign plan.
+ Coordinate with task leads to proactively identify and resolve programmatic quality issues before they impact mission readiness in the Indo-Pacific.
