Responsibilities

• Coordinate program management of multiple and/ or related projects in various African countries
• Establish the program execution plan, collaborate with relevant internal stakeholders, technology teams and vendors to manage delivery
• Drive portfolio delivery and provide value risk oversight
• Responsible for Risk, Issue & Compliance Management
• Stakeholder engagement and Management
• Vendor and Contract Management

Requirements

• Matric
• 3 Year Tertiary Qualification
• Formal training and certification in a recognised project management methodology
• 10 to 15 years relevant experience, preferably within Financial services industry
• Proven experience in project management, preferably with experience in huge transformation programs spanning multiple countries
