Senior Project Accountant

Our client is seeking a Senior Project Accountant to oversee complex project‑related financial activities and ensure the accuracy, integrity, and reliability of project accounting across the organization. This role is responsible for leading project‑level budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and month‑end processes while ensuring compliance with internal controls and accounting standards. The role also provides mentorship to junior staff, supports internal reviews, and contributes to the improvement of financial systems and workflows. The ideal candidate will bring extensive experience in construction or development accounting, strong technical knowledge of project cost controls and WIP reporting, and the ability to partner effectively with project managers, leadership, and accounting team members.
