1. Role Overview
The Senior Projects Accounting Officer is responsible for managing the financial records, budgeting, reporting, and compliance for Horn Ridge's construction projects. This role ensures accurate project accounting, adherence to Puntland tax laws and Horn Ridge company policies, and supports financial decision-making by providing timely and accurate reports to management.
2. Key Responsibilities
1. Project Financial Management
Oversee the accounting and financial tracking of all assigned construction projects.
Ensure accurate recording of project-related transactions in Odoo/ERP, including costs, revenues, and accruals.
Maintain project-specific ledgers, budgets, and cost codes in line with the Finance Manual.
