Senior Project Architect

Role Overview

We are seeking a Senior Project Architect to lead the development of custom single-family homes through the Design Development, Permitting, and Construction Documentation phases. The role will have a focus on leading documentation, consultant coordination, permitting, and construction detailing. The ideal candidate is confident working in Revit, experienced with the coordination and detailing of single-family projects, and capable of managing junior staff and external collaborators.

Fluent English is required for direct communication with U.S.-based teams and consultants.

Responsibilities

• Lead construction documentation production in Revit
• Coordinate consultants and internal teams to ensure buildable, code-compliant solutions
• Support construction admin as needed (RFIs, submittals, revisions, site coordination)
