Senior Project Associate

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, execute, and deliver software projects within defined scope, time, and quality standards
• Manage project timelines, milestones, and deliverables using Agile/Scrum or Kanban methodologies
• Act as the primary point of contact between clients and internal technical teams
• Gather, document, and manage requirements and change requests
• Coordinate with developers, designers, QA engineers, and other stakeholders
• Track project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation plans
• Conduct daily standups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives
• Ensure proper project documentation including user stories, PRDs, and reports
• Monitor project quality and ensure adherence to best practices
• Provide regular project status updates to management and clients
