SENIOR PROJECT COORDINATOR

This role will suit you if you enjoy being trusted to run your patch and want exposure across the full project lifecycle, not just one slice of it. You’re comfortable switching between PC, CA and PM responsibilities, keeping projects moving, solving problems before they escalate and presenting well with clients, consultants and subcontractors.

Day to day, you’ll be coordinating high-end renovation projects valued between $500k and $3 million, all located in Melbourne’s inner, affluent suburbs within a 20km radius. The work is varied and hands-on, from procurement, cost tracking and contract administration through to on-site coordination, programme management and supporting delivery outcomes. There’s also scope to help refine systems and processes as the business continues to mature, making this a role with real influence rather than just task execution.
