Senior Project Coordinator for High-Rise Builds

Skyline Recruitment seeks a Senior Project Coordinator for a leading developer-builder in Toronto specializing in high-rise condominiums. Take charge of significant projects while working directly on-site in this hands-on position.
We are looking for candidates with at least three years of relevant experience managing high-rise condo projects within a mid to large-scale GC or CM firm. Your role demands excellent document management skills and the ability to clearly manage trades and prioritize tasks under tight schedules. A solid grasp of the shop drawing process is a must.
