Senior Project Coordinator

A large, established enterprise in the financial services space is looking for experienced Project Coordinators to step into a six-month contract. The environment is delivery-focused and fast-moving, with multiple workstreams running in parallel and a strong emphasis on accuracy, visibility, and follow-through.

Responsibilities include:

• Support project managers by keeping project artefacts current and reliable (e.g.: maintaining logs, trackers, and risk registers with a consistently high level of accuracy
• Scheduling support, documentation, and proactive issue tracking form(s)
• Regular participation in project forums to help resolve blockers before they escalate.
