**Assignment Description**
- Support the development of plans, procedures, and processes for cost estimation
- Lead the implementation of plans, procedures, and processes for cost estimation in projects.
- Lead the development and implementation of systems and tools for cost estimation.
- Lead the development of the Company’s cost estimation database.
- Develop the Project Estimation Breakdown Structure (EBS), aligned with the Project Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) and Project Cost Breakdown structure (CBS).
