In this role, you’ll lead a team delivering complex, high‑value customer projects across Region Europe — including low‑volume, high‑complexity systems such as Unity and Leksell Gamma Knife .
Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of Project and Site Managers delivering customer projects end‑to‑end (from planning to handover).
• Drive a high‑performance culture built on collaboration, innovation and accountability.
• Strengthen delivery predictability by standardising project planning, execution and monitoring across clusters.
