Senior Project Designer - Concept Development Lead

About This Role

We are seeking a seasoned Design Manager to oversee the early stages of our development projects in Abu Dhabi.

You will be responsible for leading concept design, feasibility studies and master plan approvals, transforming ideas into well-defined and feasible project visions.

• Develop and execute comprehensive design strategies from conception through approval (RIBA Stages 0–1).
• Maintain effective collaboration with internal teams, consultants and external authorities to ensure timely delivery within set quality standards.
