POSITION: SENIOR PROJECT DEVELOPMENT MANAGER / PROJECT DIRECTOR

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Selling and Strategic Planning from conceptualization to turnover of Costa Del Hamilo Residential Projects and Highlands Prime.
• Enhancement Projects in Pico de Loro and Tagaytay Highlands including Amenities, Facilities, Infrastructures, etc.
• Lead the identification and assessment of potential projects, conducting feasibility studies, market analysis, and risk assessments to determine the viability and potential returns on investment.
• Develop comprehensive project development strategies aligned with the organization's objectives, considering financial, technical, regulatory, and environmental factors.
• Oversee the creation of detailed project plans, including timelines, budgets, resource allocation, and risk management strategies.
