The Senior Project Director plays a critical leadership role in driving the successful delivery of Wesdome’s most strategic and capital-intensive projects. This position sits at the intersection of corporate strategy and operational execution, ensuring projects are planned, governed, and delivered with discipline, transparency, and alignment to long-term business objectives.
As a key partner to executive leadership, the Senior Project Director leads the development and implementation of a standardized project framework across the organization, strengthening consistency, governance, and performance across all operations.
