Randstad is seeking an experienced Senior Project Engagement Officer to deliver specialist community engagement and communication services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and manage engagement strategies for infrastructure projects across all phases.

• Prepare and deliver high-quality communication materials, including project updates, notifications, fact sheets, and web content.

• Identify engagement risks and opportunities, providing strategic advice key stakeholders.

• Represent the organisation in meetings with businesses, community groups, contractors, and government agencies.

• Respond efficiently to enquiries and complaints, maintaining accurate records of all stakeholder interactions.

• Support the continuous improvement of internal engagement processes, tools, systems, and capability building.
