Senior Project Engineer (Electrical/ $6000)

Job Description

• Manage and oversee assigned projects
• Requisition necessary resources for the projects such as labour, materials, equipment and others
• Plan and coordinate timely delivery of materials / resources, and minimize wastage of materials and equipment
• Monitor the progress and performance of sub-contractors
• Perform project management to ensure progress is in accordance with the schedule, and take corrective actions when deviations occur
• Liaise with customers, consultants, clerks-of-work and statutory authorities on progress of work, acceptance of work, approval of plans, issues and other relevant matters
• Coordinate with Purchasing Department on the delivery of purchased items for the project
• Ensure proper hand over of completed project to the customer
• Handle contract administration, including claims, disputes, variations, and final accounts
