Senior Project Engineer

• Licensed Civil Engineer
• At least two (2) years work experience in construction related work, preferrably in
• house construction
• Knowledgeable in Cost and Materials estimates
• Knowledgeable in AutoCAD
• Able to interpret building plans and specifications for actual applications
• Should have an analytical mind to resolve issues affecting the assigned project
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Excel Application
• Able to work on a flexible time and schedule as necessary
• Physically Fit
• Has a strong passion for learning
• Results-oriented
• Respectful and kind
• Able to supervise workers and contractors
